Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your apps, with your real numbers.
Add Apptiller as a custom connector and your assistant can read your App Store data, search ranks, AI answers, ads and revenue, in the chat you already use.
Free, no card. No app yet? Paste your website.
| You ask | It reads |
|---|---|
| Why did downloads fall last week? | App Store sources, ranks, reviews |
| Which AI answers name a rival? | AI visibility report |
| Which campaign brings payers? | Apple Ads, attribution, RevenueCat |
Example. Names and numbers are illustrative.
An assistant is only as good as what it can see
Ask ChatGPT why your downloads fell and you get general advice. That is because it cannot see your App Store Connect, your ranks or your revenue. If you paste exports in by hand, the answer goes stale the moment you close the chat.
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets an assistant call a service directly. Apptiller's connector gives Claude and ChatGPT the same account and data as the web app, so an answer can rest on what happened to your app this week.
How to add it
- Open your assistant's connector settings
- Add https://mcp.apptiller.com/mcp as a custom connector
- Sign in with Google, or with a code we email you. New here? Your account is made as you sign in
- Ask about your apps
What it can read
App Store listings and sales, the funnel from impressions to downloads, AI visibility reports and the pages cited in them, website referrals, Apple Ads, Meta and Google Ads performance, attribution from AppsFlyer and Adjust, and RevenueCat revenue. Because these sit in one place, you can ask across them: which campaign brought people who stayed, or whether a rank change came before a downloads change.
It can propose and act, with your say-so
The connector can draft proposals and, if you tell it to, apply one you have seen. Every change goes through the same rules as the web app: only what you approved, the old value kept, and an undo available. The assistant cannot quietly change something you did not ask for.
Good for builders
If you already work with Claude Code or another agent, this puts your growth data next to your code. You can ask for a website change based on real search data, or a release note from what reviews asked for, without leaving your editor. Apptiller also gives you a ready prompt for agents to add the website script.
Limits
The connector reads what Apptiller has synced, so it is as fresh as the last sync and Apple's reports run a few days behind. Assistants can also misread numbers, so check before you act on anything that matters. The web app remains the place for reviewing proposals side by side and for setup.
Questions worth asking
The connector is at its best on questions that span sources. Try: "Which of my apps had the biggest change in search impressions this week, and what moved at the same time?" Or: "Compare what AI answers say about my app with what my listing says." Or: "Which Apple Ads keywords brought installs that became paying subscribers?" Or: "Draft a reply plan for this week's reviews, grouped by theme."
You can then keep going in the same chat, which is where it beats a dashboard. Ask why, ask for the numbers behind a claim, or ask for a draft of what to do about it.
A worked example
You ask Claude why your meal app's downloads fell on Tuesday. It reads your store funnel, finds that search impressions fell in one storefront, checks your tracked terms for the same days and sees your main search dropped four places. It then looks at your listing history and spots the keyword change that went live on Monday. You get a short explanation with its sources, and you can ask it to undo the change, which it will do only because you said so.
That whole chain would take a person an hour of tabs. Here it takes a minute, and each step can be checked against the web app.
For agents without an account
An agent that finds Apptiller in an MCP directory can use https://mcp.apptiller.com/public with no sign-in: what Apptiller does and costs, the free app check, and the Apptiller Launches board. It can also start a sign-up or submit a launch for you. Both only send you an email: your account, or your launch, is made when you press its link, and a launch stays hidden until you confirm it.
Security and access
The connector signs in with the same account as the web app, by Google or an emailed code, and sees only your organization's data, kept apart at the database level. It connects with OAuth, so you never paste a key into a chat, and you can remove it from your assistant at any time. Your platform keys stay encrypted in Apptiller and are never shown to the assistant.
Getting started
Create your Apptiller account, add an app, then add the connector address above. Try asking which apps it can see, then ask for your latest briefing. Everything you do through it is recorded in your history.
