Privacy Policy

Apptiller ("we", "us") is operated by GPT Genius Lab LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This policy explains what data Apptiller collects when you use our website and our connector for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

Account data

Your name, email address and company name when you create an account, and billing details processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.

Connected account data

When you connect a service, we access the data you authorize, through that service's official API:

Credentials

OAuth tokens and API keys you provide. They are encrypted at rest, used only to call the service you connected, and never shown back in full.

Usage data

Logs of the requests your AI assistant makes to Apptiller, proposed and approved changes, and basic technical data (IP address, timestamps, errors) used for security and reliability.

2. How we use data

We do not sell your data. We do not use data from your connected accounts for advertising, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not combine one customer's connected-account data with another customer's.

3. Google user data

Apptiller's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data (Google Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Play and YouTube data you authorize) only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. We do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated for internal operations.

4. AI assistants

When you use Apptiller inside Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, the results of the tools you call are returned to that assistant and handled under its provider's privacy terms. Apptiller only returns data from accounts you connected.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Apptiller (hosting, databases, email, payments, error monitoring), under contracts that limit their use of it, and with the services you connect when you approve an action. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep connected-account data while your account is active. When you disconnect a service, we revoke and delete its credentials and stop collecting from it. When you delete your account, we delete your connected-account data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at support@apptiller.com.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access by our staff is limited and logged. Write actions to your accounts require your explicit approval and are recorded in an audit log.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to some uses. Contact support@apptiller.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Apptiller is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
