Terms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Apptiller, operated by GPT Genius Lab LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or connecting Apptiller to an AI assistant, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent ("you").
1. The service
Apptiller connects accounts you control (app stores, advertising, billing, analytics and similar services) to AI assistants. It reads the data you authorize, stores its history, joins it across services, and proposes changes. It applies a change only after you approve it.
2. Apptiller as your service provider
When you connect an account, you appoint us as your service provider to access and use that account solely on your behalf and only to provide Apptiller to you. This includes credentials you create for us, such as an App Store Connect API key or an Apple Ads API user. These terms are the written agreement for that appointment. You remain responsible for your accounts and for complying with each service's terms. We will follow those terms when we act for you, and you may revoke our access at any time.
3. Your responsibilities
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and give us the least access needed.
- Review proposed changes before approving them. Approved changes, including changes to ad budgets and bids, are your decisions.
- Do not use Apptiller to break the law, another service's terms, or anyone's rights.
4. Changes to your accounts
Every write action is shown to you before it runs and recorded in an audit log. Where a service allows it, Apptiller can revert a change. Results such as ad performance or store rankings are not guaranteed.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance by subscription and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Data
You own your data. You grant us the rights needed to provide Apptiller to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
7. Third-party services
Apptiller relies on third-party APIs that can change, limit or end access. We are not responsible for those services or their availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Apptiller is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad spend.
9. Termination
You may stop using Apptiller at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or others. On termination we revoke stored credentials and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
